It offers favourable location and has outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly staff with our request to have two rooms side by side. There is a good restaurant relatively near hotel.

The room was pretty spacious and super clean, had everything you need including a cozy bedroom and a relaxing spa bath 😊. The staff were friendly, with a few going above and beyond to make our stay great.

We loved our stay at Portmans. The rooms were clean and very modern. It is central to everything in Hastings. Best of all the hospitality was wonderful, made us feel very welcome and we'd love to stay there again.

We were in a disability room which had a disability shower, it wasn't a very romantic getaway in that respect.
